Questions
How much are DonutSMP coins?
$15.00 per 1B, flat. The rate is the same whether you buy a little or a lot.
Can I sell my coins to you?
Yes. We buy coins at $7.00 per 1B. You send the coins to our bot in game with /pay, a person checks the sale, then we pay you in crypto to the wallet you gave.
How do I get my coins?
They are paid to your username on DonutSMP once payment clears. Items are handed over in person, so you need to be online.
How can I pay?
By crypto or by card. Crypto payments are confirmed automatically. For card, pick Card at checkout, then open a ticket in our Discord with your order code and pay there.
How do I know this is legit?
We only ever ask for your username, never your password or login email, and every order is delivered to you in game.
I play on Bedrock or console. What username do I enter?
Type your name exactly as it shows in game on DonutSMP, including any dot at the start.
I typed the wrong username. Can I fix it?
Open a ticket in our Discord (discord.gg/slimemarket) before the order is delivered and we will change it.
My order has not arrived. What now?
Check that the username on the order is right, then open a ticket in our Discord (discord.gg/slimemarket) with your order code.
